About Us

CASC, a Think Tank, is working towards Enforcement of 'Rule of Law' and the empowerment of 'We The People'. The Supreme Court in September 2018 on CASC’s petition directed for live streaming, which was a monumental step towards judicial transparency.

CASC’s pioneering works include the multi-edition publication “Ayodhya’s Ram Temple in Courts,” which critically examined the legal trajectory of one of India’s oldest and most sensitive disputes. Its Foreword by Vikas Singh, Senior Advocate and President of SCBA and 2nd edition foreword by late Dr. Ved Pratap Vaidik. Through this book CASC highlighted the delay in Civil Justice system.

“Election on Roads” (Law on Roadshows, Rallies and Processions)- Foreword by Dr. PK Seth former Joint Secretary (Dept of Law and Justice). Its subject was to ban elections raths, bike rallies and roadshows during elections by Election Commission.

After a prolonged delay in the execution of the death penalty for the Nirbhaya gangrape convicts, CASC’s book titled “Rape Laws & Death Penalty” shed light on the numerous challenges before the criminal justice system. The book also offered a detailed roadmap for systemic and judicial reforms aimed at speeding up criminal trials. “Unmasking VIP”- (Duality of Law) with the theme of Kanoon se hai doori VIP ko mask nhi zaruri. Foreword By Alok Joshi Senior Journalist and Former Managing Editor CNBC Aawaz. Its subject was millions of persons fined and jailed for mask violations but, constitutional authorities went scot free. On the representation of CASC more than 6 lakhs Criminal Cases where withdrawn by many States which were lodged for the violations of Lockdown Guidelines

“Bharat ke Corona Warriors”, Foreword by Aaku Srivastava editor Navodaya Times (Punjab Kesari) 75 success stories of Covid Warriors from various parts of the Country. Our representation to the Ministry for Women and Child Development resulted in directions to political parties to constitute internal complaints committees.
